* "%DEBUG-W-SCRNOSRCLIN" and "%DEBUG-I-EXITSTATUS" messages should
appear in the Main Window.
* The output of the program should appear in the DECterm.
- Pull down the FILE menu in the Main Window and select "Exit debugger".
* The Exit Confirmation Dialog Box should appear.
- Press the "Yes" button in the Exit Confirmation Dialog Box.
* The debugger should exit.

One (namely, me) asks how a customer got this kit, since it was only
ever publicized as "internal only" however...
try the following:
$ COPY DECW$SYSTEM_DEFAULTS:VMSDEBUG.DAT DECW$USER_DEFAULTS:VMSDEBUG.DAT
What happens if he trys to invoke the characeter cell interface? Does
that come up ok?
Make sure there are new versions of VMSDEBUGUIL.UID and VMSDEBUGCUSTUIL.UID
are located in SYS$LIBRARY.
