    Anyone have a recipe for no-fat or very low fat creme brulee?
    
    I saw it on a segment featuring Larry North.  I missed the ingredients
    but his wife came up with the recipe and won an award or it.
    They had this contest locally here in Dallas where people submitted
    recipe make-overs, and local chefs judged them.  She won for "
    tastes like the real thing" I believe.
    
    I have written Larry North, the local TV station and the show and
    to no avail, so if anyone saw it or has it, I would really
    appreciate it.
    
    I think it used a substitute egg product.
