    I just bought a "Smart Chopper" (I really do love these gadgets!) and
    I'm looking for recipes/ideas.
    
    It's a manually-operated chopper/blender and comes with recipes for
    salsa, chicken salad, and only a few more things.
    
    Right away, I can see it would be great for hummus, but I'd love some
    more excuses to use my new toy.
    
    Any ideas?
