My wife and I have been using the seasoning "Poivre Aromatique" for many years now as the prime
flavor in a beef stew. The seasoning was sold through John Wagner & Sons. The problem is that
they no longer sell that seasoning and we've run out.
Is anyone out there familiar with this seasoning? Is there another source for it?
We are in the process of contacting Wagner & Sons in order to find out what the mixture contains.
It is a mix of peppers +..
Any information would be greatly helpful. Unfortunately Altavista failed to locate any
references to the name.
