	I'm looking for a recipe that I remember from either last fall
	or the fall of 93 that was in Bon Appetit.  It was for potatoes
	cooked with I believe 1/3 cup cream and 1/3 cup boullion.  They
	were sliced thin and layered in a dish and then you poured this
	mixture over them.  I lost the issue I guess and thus all the
	recipes.  I believe the issue was a fall issue and their was
	a picture of an apple pie or something on the cover.

	There were several recipes in the issue that I liked, I believe
	one for a pork loin was really good, but the potato dish was one
	of my favorites.  It was very simple, but really good.   If you
	have the issue, I'd like to get this recipe and also the issue
	date.  Thanks in advance...
