Hi,
I am looking for hot bean sauce for sechzuwan cooking.
Where can I find this. The particular brand I have in mind
come in a jar made by poeple's republic of china and I believe
the name of the company is wesis or something like that. The
picture on the jar is a horbour scene at the back-ground and
two red chillis in the foreground.
Please send me store names if possible.

where are you located? I know several stores in the Colorado

The Joyce Chen store on Rt. 101A in Amherst (Amherst Plaza, about a
mile West of what's left of Post Road Plaza) on the Eastbound side of
the road carries hot bean sauce. At least it did the last time I looked
for it...

If you can find it in Joyce Chen. Then, you can definitely find it in
Boston Chinatown. There is another Oriental market in Billerica, Mass.
Right on Route 3A, near the Woo Long Ming Chinese restaurant. But, I
forgot the name of it.
