| You may be referring to The Beaseley's from Amherst, NH. I know you can
buy their BBQ sauce at Frederick's Pastries on Rt. 101-A in Amherst.

Thanks for the pointer. My wife picked up some "Medium" yesterday and we
barbequed chicked on the grill this evening. The sauce was FANTASTIC! It's
called a "slo-burn" sauce because you taste it and the hottness starts to come
around about 5-10 seconds later. Both of us love *very hot* food and the
medium was just the right hottness for us. Now we know why Fredericks doesn't
carry much of the "hot".

| I sampled some Beasley's at the Hollis Flea Market yesterday AM. I tried
the medium and found it bland, so I tried the hot, which was barely
luke-warm to my tastes. He was only serving samples on chips of some
sort (fried noodles?). Could it be that the sauce works out better on
meats?

| RE: last
Now I'm wondering if we got the hot in a medium bottle. We eat lots of Indian,
Thai, Mexican, and Cajun food and we like it *real hot*. I can assure you that
the stuff that came out of that jar was HOT.
