	Try the Buttermilk Pineaple Carrot Cake recipe in 1111.1. It also lists to recipes for frosting; I prefer the Cream Cheese Frosting. This is a real hit. Rave reviews everytime I made it, even from those who do not like Carrot Cake. Good Luck! Jean
