| I just received 1/2 of a wheel from Aruba of Gouda. Should the cheese
be served at room temperature because I did this and it became very
soft.
What fruits and vegetables will go best with this type of cheese?

My mother used to serve hot Apple pie with cold Gouda cheese. I love
apple pie with (any) cheese!

Moi aussi...
Especially Cheshire, Lancashire, Wensleydale or Caerphilly.

Try Shaws supermarkets, I have bought "Wensleydale", seen "Cheshire".
They seem to have space for one or two british cheeses, and only
a couple of peices of each. but the types change frequently.
I think they may well cover all regions given enough time
