| Yeah - I don't know the proper spelling either. But you mean the sauce in
which you simmer a round steak or the like for a period of time, right?
I usually just use my favorite tomato sauce or marinara with a good helping
of Basil/Oregano/Garlic/Onion and cook several hours, covered.

Um - off the top of my head - tomato-based sauce, with Italian herbs
in it - Basil-Oregano-eetc - Parmesan cheese IN the sauce thickens it
just a little and adds marvellously to the flavour - top whatever it
is with the sauce and mozzarella cheese and melt the cheese somehow.
YUUUUUUUM

When there is a note already started on a subject, that's the best place to look
for information as well as the best place to ASK questions. It keeps the number
