    Does anyone have any recipes for Ethiopian food, or a good Ethiopian
    cookbook to recommend?  I'm particularly interested in recipes using teff
    or teff flour.

	Take a look at the Frugal Gourmet's Immigrant Cookbook. There a a few good Ethiopian recipes in there. The Berbere Sauce is especially great. Very Hot!!!! .../ken
