	Max,

Joyce Chen's Oriental Supermarket on Rte. 2A in Acton, Mass. sells a
large selection of Conimex Indonesian goodies, including Sambal this
	and Sambal that.

If you have never been there, it is about a half mile east of Nagog
Woods (Rusty Scupper). She also has one on Mass. Ave. in Arlington.

I've always gotten my ingredients from Yee's. I like 'em. I did a
quick walk through Keelys (sp?) on Amherst in Nashua and noticed
the international section had Sambol ???? and other spices available.
They have all you need for the chicken recipe but some of the more
involved recipes (lemon grass, whole fire chili, etc) you need to
go to Yee's. Or the Yun Yun in Milford.
