My family and I have been invited to a traditional slovak Christmas feast. I would like to prepare a traditional dish to take along to share with these good friends. Any help would be greatly appreciated. God Bless. Chuck

Please take a look at note 655 on Halusky, note 1379.39 tells how to make Slovakian Clothespin cookies, note 3491 has Czech recipes. Note 2006 may be German or Czechoslovakian, depending on how you read it, but it is interesting. :-) Given that the Czechoslovakia bifurcated last year, I don't knwo whether we we should leave this note open or close it and point all future discussion to note 3491. If there is no raucous discussion, I'll leave it open. ed, COOKS comoderator | |||||
