    There is a small company here in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
    which specialises in East Indian meals. They have put out 7 different
    "Dinner Kits" designed especially for those who enjoy East indian food
    and would like to cook it at home but don't want the hassle of finding
    all the spices and grinding them etc.etc. I will first type out their
    brochure listing their kits and what is included and then their mailing
    address and the cost of the kits.
    
    The following Dinner Kits are available:
    
    Red lentil soup (otherwise known as Dhal)
    Vegetables and Basmati rice
    Chicken and Basmati Rice
    Shrimp and Basmati Rice
    Pork and Basmati Rice
    Beef and Basmati Rice
    Chickpeas and Basmati Rice
    
    Each "Dinner Kit" contains recipes, Rajia Spice and Rajia Pepper for
    the main dish ie Chicken, Vegetables etc.

    The Red Lentil Soup kit contains red lentils, Rajia Spice and Rajia
    Pepper.

    The spices in the kits are as follows:
    
    Rajia Masala is a family combination of 5 different spices which are
    blended, ground and packaged by themselves
    Rajia Spice is a special blend of tumeric and Rajia Masala
    Rajia Pepper is packaged seperately enabling you to prepare the dish
    mild, medium or hot.
    
    The rice is Indian basmati rice chosen for its delicate flavour,
    fragrant aroma and exceptional taste.
    The recipes originate in northern India (Punjab) and have been handed
    down from generation to generation. They have been kept simple and easy
    to follow.
    
    The cost for individual "Dinner Kits" is $3.00 plus shipping and handling
    or you can purchase a case of 6 for $16.00 Canadien plus shipping and
    handling.
