    While in England recently I had a dish that was called Cheese & Spring
    Onion [somethings].  
    
    What it was was a philo dough sort of puff pastry pocket square that
    was filled with a cheese sauce and scallions.  It was very good and I'd
    like to know if anybody has a recipe for something like this.
