| This has nothing to do with stir-frying or artichokes, but if you
like asparagus, you're sure to love this one!
While the rest of your dinner is cooking, hardboil 6 eggs and prepare
deviled eggs according to your favorite recipe. About 20 minutes
before everything else is ready, snap the ends off the asparagus,
place in a square microwavable dish with a small amount of water,
and microwave on high for 8-10 minutes. Drain water and arrange
the deviled eggs on top.
In a 2 cup glass measuring cup, melt 1 tbsp. margarine. Stir in
1 tbsp. flour and a dash of salt. Pour in 1/2 c. of milk. Stir
and cook on med-high for about 2-4 minutes or until thickened.
(Check and stir after every minute) Break up a few slices of cheese
and stir into the white sauce until melted. Then, pour this over
the eggs. Cover with plastic wrap and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until
