Can anyone help out with recipes from Burma?  I don't know how similar/disimilar
these would be to say, Thai or Vietnamese, but I'm finding them very hard to
come by.

    We have a copy of "The Complete Asia Cookbook" by Charmaine Solomon,
    McGrawHill 1976. This book has about 30 pages devoted to Burma. You
    might be able to find it in your local library.
    
    If you are looking for a specific recipe I would be willing to post it
    here.
