    This is something i tried the other day and thought i'd pass it on.
    
    2 Tbls soy sauce
    2 Tbls lemon juice
    2 Tbls honey
    2 Tbls minced onion
    pork steaks cut 3/4" thick , these can be cut from a pork loin roast.
    
    Marinate the pork in the above mixture for at least 4 hrs. (better
    overnight).  grill of broil for 6 min. on each side.  Use the remaining
    marinade to base as you cook.  i serve these with rice and veg.
