Recently, I've fallen in love with something called "Mountain Bread".
I see it off and on in area stores, usually in the deli section.
It's produced by "Cedar Bakery". It's a very thin, round bread,
*sort-of* like a flour tortilla, except it's chewier and a *tad*
lighter (in my opinion). Anybody know anything about it? More
importantly, does anyone know where I might find a recipe for it?
Thanks!

Don't know how to make it, but the Bella Costa Bakery in downtown Westboro, MA, as well as Sabatini's Bakery in Milford, MA both carry it. Yummmmm.... Paul | |||||
