    Here's a delicious caserole to serve company and the one I always use.
    
    Chicken or Turkey San Souci
    
    1 Whole Chicken Breast (Cooked and cut in bite size pieces)
    1 Pkg. of Uncle Ben's Wild Rice
    2 Cups of shredded cheddar cheese
    
    Prepare the first 3 ingrediants and set aside for assembling.
    
    Saute 1 onion and 1 cup of celery in large frying pan.  Add more 
    butter to pan along with 1 TBLS of flour to make paste.  Then add 1 
    can of cream of mushroom soup diluted with 1/2 a can of milk.  You
    can also add a can of mushrooms at this point if you like.
    
    In large caserole dish, layer mushroom sauce, then chicken, then
    wild rice and then cheddar cheese.  Continue layering ending with
    cheese.
    
    Bake 350 
    50 Minutes

    Does this mean you cook the rice first or just add to the casserole
    uncooked??????
