Ingredients:
500g sesame seeds
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup flour (the kind with baking powder in it)
1. Roast slightly the sesame seeds in a pan. Be carefull not to
burn them.
2. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Spread in shallow greased baking
pan, with your hands. Wet your hands with water so the mixture
does not stick.
3. Cook at 200 degrees C (390 degrees F) for 10 minutes. remove from
oven and mark squares 4cm X 4 cm (1.5" x 1.5"). Use a wet knife.
Return to oven and cook for 5 to 10 more min.
