It's as simple as .1 said. In case you're not familiar with the tricks for peeling tomato(e)s, simply plunge them into boiling water for 30-60 seconds, then remove them and plunge them into cold water, the skins will peel off easily. When you make the puree, you can remove the seeds by running the mixture through a food mill - not to be confused with a food processor. Larry |
