Looking for an authentic recipe for stuffed (hot cherry) peppers,
there stuffed with prociutto, and provolone cheese, which explains
itself. I am interested in the juice that there in. <You can buy
these in a Italian Market, but would like to create my own.
Anyone out there have a grandfather that may know this.

| THAT SOUNDS "ALMOST" LIKE THE RECIPE - THANKS A LOT!!!
    A L T H O U G H!
THE JUICE I BELIEVE IS MORE THAN JUST OLIVE OIL. THATS THE MOST
    IMPORTANT PART!
THE JARS YOU CAN BUY AT THE MARKETS ARE DELICIOUS AND DO HAVE THE
INGREDIENTS, BUT I CANT PUT MY FINGER ON THAT SPECIAL TASTE.

| Add a few cloves of Garlic to the juice. The longer you
let it sit - the better it gets. My husband makes these
all the time. We even have parties where we make "hot"
    peppers to take home.

| I made these over the weekend with low-fat ricotta, some italian spices
and prosciutto. Sat them in some Olive Oil and that sort of took a
little of the sting out of the pepper. (I took a small bite of a pepper
before I stuffed it - it was FAIRLY hot!). I'm going to try the garlic
in the juice next time. These are great, tho and I managed to make them
lower in fat than I anticipated.
