3499.0. "STORE: Source for ALBA Drink Mix" by JUMP4::JOY (Happy at last) Tue Mar 31 1992 13:14
I know this should be a reply, but I can't find the original note with
the question in it, so mods, if you can find it, please move this
reply.
Someone was looking for ALBA drink mixes. Shaw's on Lincoln St. in
Worcester, MA. has them, multiple flavors. They are in the diet
foods/snacks section (which, in this store happens to be right over the
frozen Sara Lee cheesecakes/eclairs, pies, etc....talk about torture!)

| Star Market and (I think) Stop and Shop also have the
Alba milkshake mixes. I've used them a lot, but I've
found that Weight Watchers Chocolate Fudge milkshake
mix is a lot tastier than the Alba Chocolate, for the
same 70 calories.

| Mmmm, the WW milkshake is good, but I need the Alba to
make the chocolate "candy" I found in the WW note.
I'll check the Shaws around here, I don't think there
are any Stop 'n Shops in the area.
Thanks for the pointers,
Conni

| I have also seen it at the local Big D. It was near the tea/coffee/
chocolate drink mix (Quik).
