		Penzey's Spice House

Fresh bulk spices, herbs, seasonings, and gift boxes. They havea 36
page catalog full of recipes, spices and commentary. I counted 10 different
dried hot peppers fron 10000 heat units to 140000. Four different ground
cinnamons and 11 choices of whole. Gift boxes from $10.95 to $159.50. Lots
of other stuff.
All spices and seasoning mixtures are ground in the store -I think they
could charge admission for people just to come in and smell the place. All
seasoning mixtures indicate if they contain salt ot msg.
Retail stores in Waukesha and Milwaukee. The Milwaukee store is just
across the street from Usingers Sausage ( wonderful German sausage) and around
the corner from the Ambrosia Chocolate factory (another great smelling place).
I am not connected with the Spice House or usingers or Ambrosia except
as a very satisfied customer.
