	Here are a couple of recipes using Girl Scout Cookies:

	                  MINT CREME SANDWICHES

	1  box ground or finely chopped Thin Mints

	3 eggs, separated

	1/2 cup sugar

	5 Tablespoons lemon juice

	1 cup heavy cream, whipped

	Mix the egg yolks, sugar and lemon juice together in a saucepan
	and cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.  Cool.
	Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into sugar mixture.  Fold in
	whipped cream.  Cover bottom of large rectangular pan with 1/2 of
	Thin Mint crumbs.  Add the cream mixture and cover with remaining
	crumbs.  Freeze and cut in squares to serve.

			WASHINGTON CHERRY CRUNCH

	22 Trefoil Cookies

	1/4 cup melted butter

	1/2 pecan pieces, cut

	1 21-oz. can prepared cherry pie filling

	Grind cookies in blender or food processor.  Add butter and pecans
	and mix well. Press mixture into a 9x5-inch pan.  Cover with cherry 
        pie filling and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.  Cool and serve
	spooned into dessert dishes.  Excellent served over ice cream.
