I'm looking for a recipe for brandied fruit - it contains cherries and pineapple, and as it sits for a while it ferments slightly. I remember that to make more, you use half of what you have as a "starter", I just don't remember the original ingredients. Thanks, Lynn

There's a long discussion on this in the conference somewhere. It was called "friendship bowl" or something like that, maybe? --PSW | |||||

If memory serves me correctly, you start with 3 cups of sugar and 2 cups (drained) each of pineapple chunks marachino cherries mandarin oranges Every 2 weeks thereafter, rotating the 3 fruits, add 2 cups fruit and 1 cup of sugar. Course, you need to "draw down" the current contents during the 2 week period if you intend to keep adding |
