      This goes well with Mexican food.


                       Cumin Rice

       3 tablespoons margarine melted
       1 cup rice
       1 onion
       1/2 red or green pepper
       2 1/2 cup beef or chicken broth
       1/8 teaspoon pepper
       1/2 teaspoon cumin
       1 tablespoon worcester sauce

       In a 3 quart casserole mix margarine and rice. Microwave on high
       for 3 minutes. Chop onion and pepper. Add the rest of ingredients
       to the rice. Microwave on high for 10 minutes and then on 50
       percent for 10-15 minutes.
