3150.0. "Chinese dumpling recipes needed" by WLDWST::KAUFFMAN_A () Tue Jul 23 1991 22:52

    I'm looking for some recipes for chinese dumplings. I just got a wok as
    a wedding present and some steamer baskets. So I'd really like to find
    some recipes to make in the baskets.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated!

DIR/TITLE="dim sum" or SEARCH "dim sum" should yield several thousand lines
of chinese snack recipes already posted to this conference.

There's an unbelievable recipe for dumplings in
"Mrs. Chiang's Szechuan Cookbook". These are the dumplings stuffed with
pork and cabbage that you boil. Great thing to do if you're having people
over and they don't mind sitting around the table folding approximately
the amount they will eat.
