You're right this is great in the morning. A friend of mine
made it a few weeks back for brunch and it was a hit. I get
the recipe tonight and enter it.

| | I went ahead and made this over the weekend without guidance and
    it came out very well.

I rolled out 1 1/2 tubes of Pillsbury cresent roll dough on a cookie
sheet, topped it with grated cheddar, scrambled eggs, sauteed
mushrooms, onions, peppers, sausage, and more cheese. Baked it at 375
for about 1/2 hour and it came out like a large, square, thin quiche!

Next time I might try using pizza dough, fewer eggs (I used 10),
and different kinds of cheese. Maybe some red peppers or salsa for
    color.

It's a fun recipe to play with and Monday morning it fed a group of 10!

| | Here's another angle: pizza omlettes.

When I first suggested this one morning to some friends they thought
I was just being weird, but when I made one, they loved it and I had
    to make more.

Recipe: regular omlette with pizza cut into 1/2" by 1/2" pieces as
filling. The more stuff on the pizza the better.

    			Try it, you'll like it

| | No, don't pre-cook the eggs.

Pizza omelets may be on the menu this weekend -- sounds good!

Sorry about the delay with this recipe. I was out-of-town for
the last week. What Barbara came up with is really close to mine.
I've used both cresent rolls as well as pizza dough, I like the
    pizza dough better.
Place pizza dough on a cookie sheet. Top with browned sausage, eggs
(scrambled, not cooked), tex-mex hash browns, eggs, cheese, salsa.
Bake at 375 for 1/2 hour. Test to make sure the middle is done.
I have tried different variations with mushrooms, bacon, peppers,
onions, etc. It's never really failed so far.
I have served this to my local Sunday brunch group with biscuits or
    danish, etc.... Everyone loves it.
