| We have one of the racks and its one of our favorite ways of cooking
chicken. The skin gets very crispy and alot of the fat drips out
giving the chicken a better taste. Ours is metal and therefore can't
go in the Microwave, but with a chicken on it it baely fits in our
oven. We have kicknamed checken cooked this way "Chicken Up The ***".

2806.2 | Also for Cornish hens | SCAACT::RESENDE | Digital, thriving on chaos? | Mon Dec 17 1990 21:05 | 5 |
| We also have the ones that fit Cornish hens. They cook a beautiful,
delicious Cornish hen, and as the last reply said, most of the fat
drips out. Ours are also metal, so they can't go in the microwave.

2806.3 | Yes you can !!! | HDSRUS::SWIGART | | Tue Dec 18 1990 01:03 | 6 |
| I have the complete set sold on TV and it works great. These are metal
but you can use them in the microwave as long as the meat your cooking
is over 80% of the total mass of the meat and rack combined. The only
ones that fit in my microwave is the cornish hen size and they work
great. My favorite way to use them though is in my gas grill, I've
cooked three at a time all in under 90 minutes.

| I bought mine at Shaw's Supermarket (New England) for $3.99. It works
wonderfully.
