    This is a shrimp appetizer to serve four.
    
    SHRIMP WITH MUSTARD SAUCE
    
    2 TBSP Olive Oil
    1/2 cup dry wine
    juice of half lemon
    pinch of oregano
    1 clove fresh garlic
    salt and pepper
    8 large shrimp (peeled and de-veined)
    2 medium shallots (finely minced)
    1 TBSP mustard seeds
    1 tsp Grey Poupon Mustard
    1 tsp French's Mustard
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    2 TSBP unsalted butter
    
    In a large, heavy skillet, combine olive oil, wine, lemon juice, 
    oregano. garlic, salt and pepper.  Heat the mixture, add the shrimp
    and saute for approximately four minutes on each side.
    
    Remove the shrimp from the skillet.  Add the shallots to the pan.
    Saute for 30 seconds.  Add the mustard seeds, Grey Poupon and French's
    as well as the heavy cream.  Reduce heat for a few minutes.
    
    Add the butter and whip.
    
    To serve, in four plates put equal amounts of the sauce.  Place the
    shrimp in the sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
    
    Delicious, easy and very elegant!!
