Will appreciate it so much if anybody can suggest to me a good Chinese cookbook that I can readily get from Hong Kong. What's the book's name, author and publisher? Thanks.

An excellent Chinese cookbook is "Mrs. Chiang's Szechuan Cookbook". Written by a an American couple name Strecker or Strieker, or something like that, based on recipes that Mrs. Chiang cooks for them. We've tried most of the recipes. All have been excellent. Most are very easy and quick to prepare. Mike |
