2671.7 | Because it tastes good! | BEAUTY::SAMAY | | Tue Oct 16 1990 14:00 | 10 |
| When I was growing up in New York, Boar's head was the "house brand"
at local delis (they are made in Brooklyn). When I left, I couldn't
find anything close to the taste, texture, etc of Boar's Head. Whenever
I move to a different DEC facility, I always find the shops that carry
it. Boar's Head has a full line of meats, including turkey, bacon,
and knockwurst. Processed meats are not good for you, but once in
awhile, YUM!

Quality, quality, quality. Boar's Head is the top-of-the-line
in deli meats. A little expensive but good. Try it. Their
bacon is very tasty.

| For anyone that's interested, Farfar's on 101A in Amherst, NH is now
selling Boar's Head meats as well. They're open later than The Bagel
Junction and the North End Deli, so they'll be more convenient to some
folks.
They're also selling assorted chocolates now, too, but that's a different
conference :-)
