| Check out the Williams Sonoma store in Boston (any maybe one of the
local suburbs as well). They usually carry this sort of thing.
Crate and Barrel, Bloomingdales, and any specialty cooking store may
have it.

You didn't say where you are located, but the Gourmet Stop in
Sturbridge has them.
It helps when asking where to find things to let folks know where
you are.

| My advice is to do without it. I've had the pans with removable
bottoms and they are a bear to keep up. They tend to rust very
easily. The only benefit to them is you show-off the sides of your
tart. Big deal! They also demand very careful care as the bottom
must remain absolutely flat in order to work. The ceramic tart
pans are very easy to use and make a nice presentation.

| I've had one for years with no rusting problems. Try the cook's nook
on Mass ave in Lunenburg (next to Aubuchon). Or try Lechter's at the
Searstown Mall.
