| Is this the same type of ham that is dried and smoked? I saw the
Frugal Gourmet prepare a ham by soaking it in water several times
and then roasting it. It looked delicious.

| This ham is cured in Black or Red Pepper, I don't believe it is smoked.
I normaly cut it up and fry it in a black skillet and make Red Eye
Gravey. You can soak and bake it also it is great.
