This is a really easy dessert and very tasty. It's even better served
warm and topped with Ben and Jerry's French Vanilla ice cream.
1 c sugar
1/2 c butter
2 eggs
Cream together.
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Mix with creamed stuff.
Pour into 9 1/2" round pan (spring form works best; can also use quiche dish).
Top w/fruit (2-3 apples or peaches, or blueberries). Sprinkle with sugar and
lemon juice. Top with cinnamon (use heavy hand). Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
