I recall seeing a recipe once for homemade tofu. It started by making soybean milk, then curdling it and draining. So, if you don't want to or can't buy soy milk, look for a tofu recipe. Then your only problem would be where to get the yogurt culture that does not include dairy yogurt. Maybe a dairy could help you there. |
