    I don't know if this belongs here, but I thought it would be nice
    if you cooks out there knew about it. I just  picked up a cook book
    at Boucher's Religious Gift Store in Worcester, Mass. The book is:
    
    "From A Monastery Kitchen" 
     by Brother Victor-Antoine d'Avila-Latourrette
     Published by Harper and Row Publisher's
    
    This book has recipe's that Brother Victor has served in his monastery
    "Our Lady Of The Resurrection" Priory in upstate New York. Also
    are other recipe's from other sources. This book is mostly vegetarian
    but has some fish recipe's as well. Each recipe is accompanied with
    a quotation and art that is intended to reflect the two thousand
    year old experience of monastic life as a affirmation wholeness,
    simplicity and joy.

    The recipe's look interesting.
