    12 oz tofu, slice, drained well between paper towels
    4 oz drained, water-packed tuna, flaked
    1/4 cup finely chopped onions
    4 oz shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
    1 10-oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
    1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbs. reduced-calorie Italian dressing
    2 Tbs. + 2 tsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    
    Preheat oven to 350.
    
    Place tofu in large bowl and mash with fork.
    
    Add remaining ingredients.  Mix well.
    
    Place mixture in 8-inch square baking pan that was sprayed with
    
    nonstick cookin spray.  press down gently with back of a spoon.
    
    
    Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
