IN A SAUCEPAN,BLEND SUGAR,CORN SYRUP AND WATER.
BRING TO BOIL OVER HIGH HEAT,UNTIL MIXTURE REACHES 290
REMOVE PAN FROM HEAT.
ALLOW TO STAND UNTIL BUBBLES HAVESIMERED DOWN.
ADDFLAVORING AND COLOR,AS DESIRED.
TIPS:
TOO MUCH STIRRING WILL CAUSE SYRUP TO SOLIDIFY INTO A HARD BALL.
ALWAY SPRAY MOLDS WITH PAM.
WORK FAST
KEEP MIXTURE WARM OVER HOT WATER. IF MIXTURE BECOMES TOO CLD AND THICK
IT
MAY BE WARMED FOR A FEW SECONDS IN A MICOWAVE.
STORE-IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINERS OR SEAL IN INDIVIDUALLY PLASTIC BAGS.
