I am looking for recipes using tamarind. Actually, I am specifically looking for recipes for 2 dishes: (1) Thai Fried Fish with Tamarind sauce (I don't know the name) (2) The tamarind dressing that "Stuff It's" uses on their sandwiches Any hints will be appreciated. Do anyone know where I can get tamarind as well? Thanks. Stella

I've gotten tamarind at Chinese cooking stores before. Di

Under which section is the tamarind under? I tried looking for it at a Chinatown grocery store, but all I can find is a Knorr's tamarind soup. I bought it, of course. 8) Thanks. Stella
