    1/3 cup olive oil
      2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
    1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic or red wine vinegar
      1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
      1 clove garlic, minced
        Fresh ground pepper
    2  3/4-to-inch-thick T-bone steaks
    
      Salt
    
    2 servings; can be doubled or tripled.
    
    Blend first 6 ingredients in a shallow pan.  Add steaks, turning
    to coat both sides.  Let marinate at least 1 hour.
    
    Prepare barbeque (medium-high heat).  Drain steaks and sprinkle
    with salt.  Place on grill rack and cook to desired doneness,
    about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
