    This is quick and delicious:
    
    4 Veal cutlets, pounded to 1/4 inch
    2 Tablespoons butter
    1/4 pound Prosciutto ham
    4 slices Swiss Cheese
    1/4 cup cooking Sherry
    
    1. Heat large pan over high heat, add butter and swish around in
       pan until melted. Quickly saute' veal cutlets until brown on
       both sides about 5 minutes.
    
    2. Remove the cutlets from the pan and place in an oven to table
       casserole dish. Place shredded ham over top of cutlets and bake
       this in the oven a 350* for 5 more minutes. Meanwhile, place pan that
       you origanally browned cutlets in back over heat and deglaze
       with 1/4 cup Sherry. Now after removing cutlets from oven add
       the Swiss cheese slices on top of the ham, pour the sauce from
       deglazing over all and bake until cheese melts and is bubbly.
       Another 5 minutes.
    
    This is good served with buttered noodles and a green vegetable.
