			OLIVES DE SEVILLE

	1/4 Cup olive oil
	1 Bunch scallions with tops, sliced thinly
	1 Clove of garlic, minced
	1 Tsp. dried oreagno
	1/2 Cup wine vinegar
	1/2 Tsp. paprika
	2 Cans (14 oz.) large black olives, drained
	and rinsed


	In a 1 qt. casserole combine olive oil, scallions,
	gralic and oregano.

	Microwave on high 2 minutes.

	Add vinegar, paprika,and olives.

	Mix ingredients well.

	Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature.

	Serve at room temperature.

	Refrigerate leftovers.

    another appetizer using olives....
    peel and slice oranges not the way the segments go, the other way!!
    
    sprinkle with salt, add black olives and dress with olive oil.
    really yummy....
