| I don't know if they still have it, but I think JC Penney used to offer
the Wilton Cake Decorating Course. You might also try That Kitchen
Place in Amherst, I think they offer courses also.

| Don't know if this is much help, but a lot of the Adult Education
programs that the public schools offer in the evening have them.
I know that Worcester "Night Life" does. I think that Assabet
offers one too but am not sure. These aren't exactly what I
would call "greater Boston Area", but perhaps the Adult Education
programs in your area would have similar offerings!

they start about every other week.

| I'm pretty sure the Boston Center for Adult Education on Comm. Ave.
has cake decorating courses for varying degrees of experience.

Beware of the "Wilton" classes, they really push the Wilton products
and emphasis a lot of special products that aren't really necessary
to decorate a pretty cake. If I remember correctly, the don't have
you decorate a real cake, the use cardboard or a cake pan. Believe
me, that's nothing like the real cake. You need to be able to practice
where there are real crumbs.

N.H. Vocational Technical School in Nashua is offering a cake decorating
class starting May 23rd. The course runs for 5 weeks, is held
Tuesday nights from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and cost $45.00 plus
supplies.
