    Does anyone have a recipe for Peach Melba?

    Mine is pretty simple, 
    mix 2 teaspoons cornstarch, 1/4 cup currant jelly and 1/2 cup reserved
    raspberry syrup in small saucepan. Cook over a medium heat, stirring
    constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir for
    1 minute. Cool, pour over vanilla ice cream surrounded by peach
    slices.
