    I just did some this week.
    
    I put them in boiling water for about 5 minutes and then drained
    and salted them. I put them in a 300 degree oven for about half
    an hour, tossing every 10 minutes or so. Came out very nice.

    I just found a "real" recipe for pumpkin seeds this year in 
    FEED ME, I'M YOURS.
    Soak seeds in salted water overnight; bake in 300 degree oven
    for 20 minutes the next morning.  (I lightly salted mine)
