    I thought I would pass on this recipe for a delicious sandwich.
    
    
    
    1 ripe pear
    1 ripe apple
    cheese (any type you like)
    2 slices of bread (I used sour dough)
    
    Spread the bread with butter, place one slice down in no stick skillet
    place slices of pear and apple on bread top with cheese place next
    slice of bread (butter side up) on top and grill.  When you turn
    the sandwich you will have to be careful that your fruit doesn't
    fall out.  When I turn it I sort of flatten it down with my spatula.
    
    Talk about good!   uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuum!
    
    I have also made it with just pear and cheese and just apple and
    cheese.
