    Based on the recipe of the THAI ICE CREAM, I did some expiriments.
    One of tthe things that came out I liked so much that I will put
    it here, then you can try for youreself.
    
    
    SOUTH AMERICAN ICE-CREAM
    
    replace the coconut milk for papaya-juice:
    
    400mL (about 14oz?)
    3/4    cup suger
    1 1/4  table spoon flour (tapioca flour not neccessary)
                                                           
    The yuice is sweet from itself, so maybe you can do with less sugar.
    Make it the same as the Thai Ice:
    Mix it cold, then put it to cook while stirring untill it start
    to thicken. Leave in the freezer for one night.
